About Me

For 13 years I’ve leveraged my leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to generate more than $5B in revenue and overdeliver on KPI’s at several cutting-edge companies. I never thought I would land in the world of Payments, but its become an industry I have learned to love and find exciting to be apart of the global commerce and global GDP. I have a passion for innovation and disruption keeping companies ahead of the competition.

As a leader in the embedded payments space, I find inspiration by creating payments experiences that are seamlessly integrated. By embedding payments, businesses can transform a transactional necessity into a strategic advantage by enhancing the user experience, drive revenue, improve retention, boost operational efficiency, provide actionable financial insights, and support scalable growth.

Currently, I am the VP of Payment Operations for WooCommerce, where I am honored to have built WooPayments from inception to execution. WooPayments is an embedded native payment solution, built for the worlds largest e-commerce platform: Woo. I’m proud to have scaled the business to launch in 18 markets under 18 months from 2020 to 2021. You can read more about it in this Stripe Case Study. In 2023 we launched in 20 more countries, and we are now in 38 international markets.

In addition to scaling the business, I manage multiple projects, collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, oversee ongoing payment operations, and implement operational enhancements. I lead pricing and strategy for the P&L of our payments portfolio. I take pride in serving as both an advisor and a strategic business partner to the broader payments organization.  

I hold my MBA in Digital Media Management from St. Edward's University, and my BA in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

When not at work, I like to write. I am passionate about healthy living, traveling, practicing yoga and starting my day with meditation. I have a sweet 15 year old Shih-Tzu named Mookie, and a 1 year old Shih-Tzu named Tater. I'm an avid reader, traveler, adventurer, 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher, snowboarder, and a part-time tennis player. I enjoy splitting my time between beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho and Austin, Texas.
